§ 2 Purposes and grounds for data processing on the cspautomotive.com portal
1. Through the www.cspautomotive.com portal, the Administrator may collect and process your personal data.

The administrator collects your personal data (in the form of your name, surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number and other data provided in the content of the message), in particular via the contact form available at https://cspautomotive.com/en/contact/, in order to answer your inquiry.
3. In the above case, data processing may take place on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b (taking steps to conclude a contract) or art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR (the Administrator’s legitimate interest in answering inquiries and informing about available products and services).
4. In the case of persons who agree to receive commercial messages and information, the Administrator will process the data indicated in the contact form in order to send direct marketing messages and other information regarding the Administrator’s activities.
5. In the above case, data processing takes place on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR (legitimate interest of the Administrator consisting in promotional and information activities) and art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR (consent).
6. Your personal data will be deleted immediately after the expiry of the period for which their processing is necessary due to the implementation of the purposes indicated above.
§ 3 Use of linkedin.com/company/cspautomotive/
1. Personal data of users using the website www.linkedin.com/company/cspautomotive/ are processed in order to reply to messages addressed to the Administrator, to conduct discussions as part of comments under posts, to share Administrator’s posts with followers, for marketing purposes consisting in informing about products and services by the Administrator and for statistical purposes, consisting in the use of statistical data provided by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company on the views of posts, their range, number of interactions and demographic data of users’ followers.
2. Providing personal data via the website www.linkedin.com/company/cspautomotive/ is voluntary. due to the rules of operation of the www.linkedin.com website used by LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company, sending a message or commenting on a post means automatic transfer of name, surname and photo to the Administrator.
3. The processing of personal data of users of the website www.linkedin.com/company/cspautomotive/ is carried out on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the GDPR, i.e. in order to pursue the Administrator’s legitimate interests in the field of interaction with Users, responses to messages and comments, delivery of posts, and analysis of statistical data.
4. Detailed information on the processing of personal data of Users of the www.linkedin.com can be found at https://www.linkedin.com/psettings/. The User may at any time delete comments under the Data Administrator’s posts, unfollow the website www.linkedin.com/company/cspautomotive/ or delete the account on the website www.linkedin.com
§ 4 Principles of data processing and rights
1. The administrator protects data in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, cares for data security and respects the right to privacy.
2. All data is processed only on secured servers, in compliance with the rules resulting from generally applicable laws, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”).
3. The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him are:
a. processed in accordance with the law,
b. collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing inconsistent with these purposes,
c. factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form that allows the identification of the persons they concern, no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
